2000 Picture Postage Christmas Stamps - 47c Rate
Four additional frame types were introduced on December 28, 2000 to coincide with the new first class letter rate. The previous "Suprise" label was replaced by a bough of holly.
Canada and the value were also added to the side of the frame to allow the stamps the be put in portrait or landscape position.

Pane of 5 different.
Panes unglued to the covers were made available in the 2001 first quarter stamp pack and the 2001 annual souvenir album. Die-cut to shape stamps were not produced.
